Communication Strategy from a Multicultural Perspective

Cultural diversity has created a social environment and a media ecosystem characterized by varied cultural actors - each differing in informational needs, value orientations, and feedback mechanisms. Based on the impact of cultural diversity on information reception, communication agents must build and implement strategies that reflect ethnic and national cultural distinctions. This article employs methods of economic and historical analysis, assuming other factors as constant, to explore communication strategies from a multicultural standpoint - aiming to optimize communication effectiveness.
