Nghệ thuật dùng từ thuần Việt trong tác phẩm báo chí của Hữu Thọ: Bài học kinh nghiệm cho các nhà báo trẻ hiện nay

Based on an analysis of a corpus comprising 13,000 lexical items, this article examines the use of native Vietnamese vocabulary in the journalistic works of Huu Tho across various genres, including columns, commentaries, investigative reports, and feature writing. The analysis demonstrates that Huu Tho employed native Vietnamese vocabulary with deliberate linguistic awareness. Based on this analysis, the author concludes that journalist Huu Tho demonstrated a strong awareness of the use of native Vietnamese vocabulary. It was influenced by factors such as the choice of journalistic genre, subject matter, and theme. Building on these find ings, the article identifies lessons that can be drawn from Huu Tho's use of native Vietnamese vocabulary. Using native Vietnamese vocabulary in a standard and refined journalistic style has helped convey the beauty of the Vietnamese language to readers and represents one important way of preserving and promoting the beauty of the Vietnamese language. His lexical choices were shaped by factors such as journalistic genre, topic, and thematic focus. Building on these findings, the article identifies valuable lessons for contemporary young journalists. His skillful use of standard Vietnamese not only enhanced the expressive quality of his writing but also contributed to promoting the beauty of the Vietnamese language among readers, thereby supporting efforts to preserve and uphold the richness of the national language.
