The Impact of Cybersecurity Issues on International Relations at the Present Time

Abstract:

Cybersecurity and cybersecurity issues in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and booming globalization are becoming important agents of international relations. Analyzing the impacts of cybersecurity issues on international relations is not a new concept, however it is not often seen from the approach of international relations. The article analyzes five impacts of cybersecurity issues on international relations, which are the impacts on: international relations theory, basic attributes of the country, gathering of forces, bilateral relations between countries and the formation and improvement of international multilateral institutions.
