Abstract:

From the 6th National Congress to the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, it was nearly 40 years of our Party’s theoretical renovation on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam, in which renewed awareness of the role and position of culture and the human factor is of great importance.
