The Relationship between the State, the Market, and Society in the Management of Social Development: Issues facing the Development of a Digital Society in line with the Spirit of the 13th National Party Congress

Abstract:
After more than 38 years of renewal, Vietnam has shifted its social development management (coupled with the centrally planned economy) to a model that involves multiple resources and actors, including the State, the market, and society. As a result, only when the relationship between the State, the market, and society is appropriately managed, can each stakeholder bring their role into full play and complement the other to promote social advancement.
